A Child Enters the Temple
At the age of five, Wonik Yi enters Dae Yeon Sa Temple. For the next fourteen years, he trains under the legendary Eun Kwang Bup Sa, mastering an ancient martial art with no name — only tradition.
Tukong Moosul Is Born
General Chang Ki Oh tasks Yi with creating a new combat system for the elite Tu Kong Special Combat commando unit. In February, the military version of Tukong Martial Arts is born — fusing 800 years of temple tradition with modern combat science.
Journey to America
Grandmaster Yi brings Tukong Moosul to the United States, establishing the first American school in Austin, Texas, and beginning the global expansion of the art.
World Federation Founded
The World Tukong Moosul Federation holds its inaugural founding meeting in Texas. General Chang Ki Oh himself travels from Korea to serve as the first president.

At the age of five, Wonik Yi entered the ancient Dae Yeon Sa Temple in the mountains of Korea. For fourteen years, he trained under the legendary Master Eun Kwang Bup Sa, absorbing an 800-year-old martial tradition that had no name — only power.
After leaving the temple, Yi entered the South Korean Special Forces — the elite Tu Kong commando unit. General Chang Ki Oh, recognizing Yi's extraordinary abilities, tasked him with creating a new combat system. In February 1978, Tukong Moosul was born.
In 1982, Grandmaster Yi brought his art to America, establishing the first school in Austin, Texas. Awarded the 9th Degree Black Belt by Master Eun Kwang Bup Sa himself, Yi has dedicated his life to preserving and teaching the complete art of Tukong Moosul.
